On January 31, 2025 the Henry Hotel returned this cherished property to its original stewards, the Benitez family. It is now operating under The Nest By The Sea, a property management company owned by Tamara Benitez that has been making waves in the vacation home rental market.
Going forward, this treasured home will be known as MiraNamin Nest—a name that reflects the warmth, legacy, and timeless elegance of this iconic residence. MiraNamin has been home to various artists, filmmakers, and musicians over the years. Literally translated, MiraNamin can mean “our view”. We find this is apt as this iconic home is given a fresh perspective by The Nest by the Sea.
We have 7 rooms open now, with another 3 rooms opening for stays from October 2025 onwards.
This transition is not just a change of name but a heartfelt homecoming. MiraNamin Nest embodies the spirit of family, heritage, and love, celebrating the countless memories created and shared within these walls.
