Travel should be restorative—not just for the traveler, but for the ecological and cultural landscapes they move through.
We are proud to introduce PERCH: a residency framework built on the principles of creative placemaking, cultural preservation, and environmental stewardship.
We invite musicians, writers, artists, environmental researchers, sustainable chefs, wellness practitioners, and impact groups to step out of the noise and alight in our spaces.

OUR CREATIVE HABITATS
PERCH spans three distinct cultural and ecological landscapes within the Philippines, each offering a unique ecosystem tailored to different creative workflows.
SUBIC BAY
Nestled within a unique coastal rainforest and marine conservation zone. Surrounded by ancient trees, rich birdlife, and a slow, rhythmic environment, this habitat is optimized for environmental researchers, multimedia artists, and somatic or wellness practitioners looking to connect with the raw earth.
SORSOGON
Situated on the edge of a pristine surf ecosystem in Gubat, Sorsogon. Set against wild-caught mangrove crab nurseries and traditional Bicolano agriculture, this frontier offers an unmatched setting for solitary writers, deep-focus researchers, and creators looking for uninterrupted, quiet contemplation by the sea.
QUEZON CITY
Located within the historic grounds of the MiraNila Estate in Cubao. This urban oasis focuses on keeping the artistic and cultural soul of the estate alive. It is a vibrant space optimized for collaborative bands, filmmakers, creatives, and culinary innovators who thrive on intimate gatherings, history, and community performance.
THE SPIRIT OF RECIPROCITY
PERCH does not believe in one-sided transactions. Our program is rooted in a balanced, reciprocal “Exchange.”
We work with each selected resident to co-create a custom stay. We design a bridge that pairs a unique, paid experience for our property guests (such as an intimate acoustic session, a creative masterclass, or a sustainable pop-up dinner) with a meaningful, free initiative that directly serves the local community.
You bring your craft and your purpose; we provide the habitat. Together, we leave a lasting legacy.
